Project Unit Details

On this, after giving you the details of the plot / unit along with the brief description of your layout, you can easily get the information of the layout from here while selling the unit to the agreement, customer. And you can get accurate information about your project booking, agreement and remaining plots.

Customer Details

To enter the customer, you have to enter the details of your customer, where you have to enter the name, age, address, contact no. , Aadhaar/PAN No. (with image), you have to enter Nomeeni's name, age, relation. With this, in the project in which the customer is purchasing the unit, by selecting the name of the project, you will be shown the units collected in the project and by selecting the unit number, the customer will get the total amount of the purchase by entering all the details of that unit, down You will get the amount of the installment after entering in how many installments the remaining amount has to be paid. You can imigiatly get the customer's agreement by storing all the given entries and now the software is ready to do all the financial transactions with the customer.

Receipt & Payment

Customer Outstanding

You will be able to get your customer's financial behavior or agreement or if there is any outstanding or balance on any account. You will get the amount of payment that the customer has paid till date and against it the amount of installment remaining till the current date of the same customer and you can collect interest on that amount from the customer or you can send a notice or letter to the customer as per the fixed installment. Can or can cancel the Unit.
